Main Duties / Responsibilities: -Support and guide the teachers in every way that they need, solving problems and giving advice -Assist the CP Principal to plan and organize Teacher Training program teachers of Early Years, Primary and Secondary -Welcome and ‘onboard’ new teachers into the organization within your campus -Report issues and concerns to the CP Principal -Observe classes and give relevant one-on-one training to teachers in line with identified strengths and weaknesses -Conduct student and school surveys -Coordinate academic matters related to other strategies in the curriculum -Promote teacher growth by determining suitable development opportunities -Assist teachers in establishing realistic and attainable academic goals -Advise teachers and administrators on academic issues -Other relevant tasks as assigned by CP Manager
