Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3-5 years in computer operations management, IT support, or a related role.
- Knowledge of computer operation, basic network troubleshooting, and be able to use Google Cloud services
- Operating marble automatic control system and result detection OCR system
- Ability to follow the company procedure and SOP
- Ability to familiarize with the operating principle of other entire system and assist troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
- Good English skills
