I. Position Overview
Financial Contracting Specialists are professionals in financial institutions who are responsible for contract signing, contract review and contract management with customers. They ensure contract accuracy and compliance by communicating with customers and understanding their needs, while providing quality contracting services to customers.
II. Job Responsibilities
Contract Preparation and Review:
Prepare financial contracts and related documents according to customer needs and financial institution regulations.
Carefully review the content of the contract to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the contract terms.
Customer communication and contracting:
Communicate with clients, answer their questions about the contract terms and ensure that they fully understand the content of the contract.
Assist customers in completing the contracting process, including contract signing and identity verification.
Contract management and archiving:
Properly manage the signed contract to ensure the security and integrity of the contract.
File and save the contract and related documents for subsequent inquiries and utilization.
Risk Management and Compliance:
Comply with the laws, regulations and regulatory requirements of the financial industry to ensure the compliance of the contracting process.
Identify and assess risks that may arise during the contracting process, and take timely measures to prevent and control them.
Client Maintenance and Relationship Management:
Maintain good communication relationship with clients, visit them regularly to understand their needs and feedback.
Provide customers with professional financial advice and services to enhance customer trust and satisfaction with the financial institution.
III. Job Requirements
Educational Background:
Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, law and other related majors.
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of work experience in finance or related fields, familiar with the characteristics of financial products and contracting process.
Working experience in banks, securities, insurance, funds and other financial institutions is preferred.
Professional Skills:
Good financial and legal knowledge, able to accurately understand and interpret contract terms.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively with customers.
Skilled in using office software and file management software to improve work efficiency.
Personal Qualities:
Honest and trustworthy, with good professional ethics and professional conduct.
Careful and patient, able to take every work task seriously.
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to actively deal with challenges and pressure at work.
