1). Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, peers & team members • Customer Interaction, including calls, emails, meeting at job sites. • Ensure that machines sales adhere to general sales policy and to regulatory guidelines and analysis of machine sales as needed to support credit underwriting. • Monthly review of bad debts and assistance with bad debt provision analysis • Take all necessary actions to withdraw Credit facilities from customers who default on payments. • Work closely with Machine Sales Team and PSSR, Services Department & Others. • Capable to explain and sign-in customers with all company's digital application. • Assist in the legal negotiation and closing process for any sues cases. • Ongoing Outstanding monitoring, due balancing for each customer within assigned portfolio • Good knowledge of analyze the customer accounts to ensure that the clients are paying back their loan on time. • Site Visits to any Customer who bad debt to find the way to solve Problems. • Keep Chasing Overdue customers as daily works. • Issue AR of Services & PSSR's Statements as monthly, and demonstrated to Continuous Improvement on the job. • Submit monthly portfolio, AR-Services, PSSR Aging Reports to the MGC's Management & Country Manager. • Prepare Credit Evaluation of machine Sales (CAT/SEM) Products. • Create Credit reports and Present to the Senior Management • Maintain all the records of the credit payments. • Other ad hoc duties assigned by GM/CM. 2). Position Requirements • Hold Bachelor/ Master Degree in Finance-Accounting, Audit or a job-related field. • Male or Female, Age between 37 to 40years old, 5years up of Accounting/Financial experiences (Leasing & Loan) • Be able to identify and mitigate risks of the financial status • Willing to learn new products and technology, and be able to organize the time and tasks effectively • Understand Digital and Mobile Apps solution, and good knowledge in financial analysis skills • A collaborator with sound decision making skills. • Follow up payments with salesmen or customers to ensure be collected. • Good Command of English. (Macro Skills) • Computer literacy (MS PowerPoint and Excel or the equivalent) 3). Working Hours: ▪ 8:00AM_5:00PM from Monday to Friday (1hour Break for Lunch Time: 12:00pm_1:00pm) ▪ And Saturday Morning 8:00AM_11:30AM. Weekly Off (from Saturday afternoon and Whole Sundays) ▪ Public Holidays and others are in compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, and the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training (MoLVT). 4).
