I. Main Duties and Responsibilities - To ensure the clearing of good from the Customs within the shortest possible time - Handle the day to day customs clearance operations of the department - Control and update quantity of exempted items in system in order to monitor the balance available quantities - Proper co-ordination with Shipping Lines, Transporters, customs and Customers for timely collection and dispatch of shipments - Ensure that Annual Customs Duty Exemption is obtained and applied for all applicable items - Receive and verify necessary clearing documents from Foreign Purchase Officer, translate invoices if not in Arabic, and forward them to the Customs Broker - Ensure that all relevant systems are used correctly for all jobs / shipments all jobs are invoiced and closed within the specified time frame. II. Requirements - Minimum 2years experience with customs clearance - Excellent listening and questioning skills - Good solving problem/motivation and convince skills - Good in writing and spoken English/Khmer.
