Since the rooms on the ground floor are under a large tree, it is cooler here and you don't need much aircon. From now we have our own power supply with eight photovoltaic panels and a back-up battery. This means that in the event of a power outage we usually still have electricity. You can also use our swimming pool (3x6) at certain times of the day. The small area of land to the south and west can be used as a garden. We offer secure parking for bikes and motors. You can also use our washing machine and printer for a small fee. We have also a tailer service in the house can repair cloths. Good free WiFi is in the house.
