Software Support Executive Job Description: Providing customer service/ application support via telephone, remote assistance and email Handle incoming calls from end users and perform first contact resolution Handle training, migration tasks Ensure logged in tickets are solved within the time frame Assist with fieldwork if requested Handle and solve technical issue Requirements: Minimum Required Language(s): English, Khmer Added advantages Language(s): Chinese Possess Diploma/ Degree in Accounting Good knowledge of software services and solutions Excellent communication skill both written and verbal Able to work with minimum supervision, self driven and result oriented In house training will be provided Ability to provide end users with highest quality of service at all times Ability to meet deadlines Ability to proactively communicate problems with supervisors as they become known Ability to build rapports with clients over the phone/ email Ability to learn and support new applications
