What You'll Do:
- Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and ads to make BIY the go-to skincare wholesaler. - Manage and create content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), keeping up with beauty trends and viral challenges. Assist with SEO & website updates, ensuring our product pages and blogs are optimized for search engines. -Analyze campaign performance, track trends, and report on engagement using analytics tools. - Work with the team to launch influencer collaborations and grow our online presence in the beauty space. -Test and experiment with creative ad strategies to increase sales and reach more skincare retailers. What We're Looking For:
- A beauty enthusiast who loves skincare, social media, and e-commerce marketing. - Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Some experience or knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Canva, etc.) is a plus. - Strong writing, creative, and analytical skills (a.k.a. you know how to make data-driven marketing fun). - Self-starter with the ability to think outside the box and work independently.
