We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive online engagement and brand awareness for our music company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote artists, albums, concerts, and merchandise.
• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and create engaging content.
• Optimize music streaming presence on platforms like YouTube etc.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads).
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website and artist discoverability.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing analytics tools.
• Work closely with artists, managers, and content creators to develop promotional strategies.
• Engage with fans online to build a strong digital community.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in music marketing, digital platforms, and audience behavior.
• Any work assigned by line manager
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
• Experience with content creation, including video and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of music streaming platforms and best practices for music promotion.
• Proficiency in marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and creativity in engaging audiences.
• Passion for music and understanding of the industry landscape.
