LEEKAJA Cambodia is seeking a skilled and creative Digital Content Creator to join their team. The company is focused on providing high-quality beauty products and services to its customers. The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging digital content across various platforms to promote the brand, products, and overall digital presence of the company and create compelling and visually appealing digital content that resonates with the target audience, enhances brand awareness, and drives customer engagement and conversion. Responsibilities: The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for the following tasks: a. Develop and implement a digital content strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives. b. Create engaging and visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including but not limited to social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok etc.), website, and vblog. c. Generate innovative ideas and concepts for digital content that align with the brand's image and target audience. d. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content creation is aligned with marketing campaigns and promotions. e. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential opportunities for content creation and engagement. f. Utilize creative software tools and applications to design and edit visual content, including images, videos, animations, and infographics. g. Optimize digital content for search engine optimization (SEO) and organic reach. h. Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and other external partners to create collaborative digital content. i. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using relevant analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. j. Maintain brand consistency and ensure content adheres to the company's brand guidelines. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: a. Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator or similar role, preferably within the beauty industry. b. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends. c. Proficient in using creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) or similar applications. d. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. e. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques. f. Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective content requirements. g. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. h. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content. i. A portfolio of previous digital content creation work is highly desirable.
