Job Responsibility:
• Handle customer inquiries through online platforms (social media, website, chat, etc.).
• Guide customers through the digital buying process and follow up on leads.
• Develop and execute digital sales strategies to meet targets.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and optimize lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance online campaigns and promotions.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Familiarity with digital sales platforms and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of online advertising and lead generation is a plus.
