Responsibilities:
-Plan, prepare, and deliver personalized lessons in both English and Khmer.
-Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate teaching strategies and materials.
-Create a supportive and positive learning environment.
-Assess and monitor the student's progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
-Communicate regularly with parents about the student’s progress and areas for improvement.
-Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
-Maintain records of the children’s attendance and academic performance.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Education, Language Teaching, or a related field.
-At least 1 year of experience as an English-Khmer teacher
-Teaching certification is highly desirable.
-Prior teaching experience, particularly with young children, is preferred.
-Proficiency in both English and Khmer.
-Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children.
