Outsourcing Opportunity: Provide English Lessons for KimiTABI!
Position: Outsourced KimiTABI Program Instructor
Class Type: Face-to-Face Group Class (3-4 students per class)
Location: White Corner Hotel, Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Dates: February 17 – March 14, 2025
Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (3 hours/day)
Contract Type: Project-based contract (specific to the program duration)
About KimiTABI
KimiTABI is an immersive learning experience designed to help participants enhance their English skills through practical, real-world applications. The program emphasizes communication, cultural exchange, and personal growth.
We are looking for an outsourcing partner to provide skilled instructors who can deliver engaging lessons that inspire and empower our learners.
Responsibilities
Deliver daily English lessons tailored to KimiTABI participants’ needs and goals.
Conduct lessons at 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Use interactive and immersive teaching methods to engage learners.
Facilitate group discussions, role-playing, and real-world English practice.
Provide constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills.
Collaborate with the KimiTABI team to align and provide support for the curriculum.
Requirements
- Ability to provide instructors for classes in Phnom Penh City.
Instructors must have:
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- At least 1 year experience of teaching English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and inspiring learners.
- Familiarity with immersive learning methods (preferred).
- TESOL/TEFL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
