Job Description
Financial Planning & Analysis:
-Develop, implement, and manage the company’s financial strategies.
-Prepare detailed financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
-Oversee the preparation and review of annual budgets for all departments.
-Monitor spending, variance analysis, and implement cost control measures.
-Ensure alignment between company goals and financial resources.
Cash Flow Management:
-Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for the company's operations.
-Forecast and monitor cash requirements and prepare cash flow reports.
Financial Reporting:
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow).
-Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports to management and regulatory authorities.
Risk Management:
-Identify and manage financial risks, including credit, operational, and market risks.
-Develop policies to mitigate these risks and ensure financial security.
Team Leadership:
-Lead and manage the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
-Provide guidance and development to the finance staff, fostering a culture of high performance.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Language: Chinese English
Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills:
Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Expertise in preparing, managing, and reviewing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders.
Leadership: Proven leadership ability with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of tax laws, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
