JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding their way around the building.
- Introduce the Olympia Medical Hub (OMH) to customers and provide additional information as required.
- Answer phones, forward, and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
- Direct all front entrance traffic and record customer entries.
- Perform administrative duties and help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and maintaining visitor logs.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Any other tasks are to be assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduate or first or second-year student in Tourism, Hospitality, or any related field.
- Proficient in English speaking, writing, and listening.
- At least 6 months of experience in front desk or any related field.
- Friendly and knowledgeable in customer service.
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

WORKING HOURS:
- Full-Time
- 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Monday to Saturday
- Eight (8) hours per day
- Forty-eight (48) hours per week
- Lunch break 12:00PM to 1:00PM
