We are looking for job position below: ๐ JOB OPPORTUNITY: GENERAL MANAGER ๐ ๐ต Salary Range : 1500$-2000$ ๐ Location: Boeun Keng Kang I, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. ๐ Position Type: Full-time | 8:00am-5:00pm. Key Responsibilities: โข Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments. โข Design and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence. โข Maintain budgets, monitor financial performance, and optimize operational expenses. โข Develop and enforce organizational policies and standard operating procedures. โข Promote a productive work environment and encourage employee development and performance. โข Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for new hires. โข Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows and financial outcomes. โข Lead the performance management and employee assessment process. โข Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance and progress reports to executive leadership. โข Identify and resolve critical business challenges, including profit decline, internal conflicts, and market competitiveness. โข Develop, execute, and assess key business strategies that support organizational growth. โข Collaborate with other executives, department heads, and teams to develop effective solutions. โข Act as the primary support for department leaders in finance, marketing, and sales. โข Work closely with HR and use industry insights to revise and refine policies and procedures. โข Perform executive-level assignments and strategic tasks as delegated by the CEO or Board of Directors.
