Job Description:
1. Brand & Visual Identity: Maintain and enhance the company’s visual branding across all digital and print media.
2. Album & Single Artwork: Design album covers, single artwork, and promotional materials for artists.
3. Marketing Materials: Create flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and email templates for campaigns.
4. Website & Digital Assets: Design UI elements, landing pages, and digital advertisements.
5. Merchandise Design: Develop creative concepts for artist merchandise, such as T-shirts, hats, and posters.
6. Social Media Content: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging social media content, including animated graphics.
7. Event & Tour Design: Design assets for concerts, tours, and promotional events.
8. Video & Motion Graphics (Optional): Work on basic animations, lyric videos, and motion graphics if required.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with artists, marketing teams, and production teams to ensure consistent branding.
10. Stay Updated: Keep up with music industry design trends to ensure fresh and innovative concepts.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience one year in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and music-related designs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
