Job Title: Sales HR & Admin Executive Location: Phnom Penh, Provinces Department: Sales, HR & Administration Reports To: Sales Manager/HR Manager
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales HR & Admin Executive to join our Evergrow Supply Co., Ltd team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, managing HR functions, and overseeing administrative tasks. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR policies, and an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: • Assist in managing the sales team, ensuring their daily operations run smoothly. • Coordinate and support sales-related administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales reports. • Support sales managers with order processing, customer queries, and follow-ups. • Track and report sales performance metrics and KPIs. • Coordinate logistics for product samples, promotional materials, and sales campaigns. • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records for communication and tracking. HR Functions: • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of sales staff and administrative personnel, including conducting interviews, preparing job descriptions, and organizing orientation programs. • Handle employee documentation, including contracts, personal records, and performance appraisals. • Support the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures within the sales and admin departments. • Assist in organizing training and development programs for staff. • Maintain attendance records and manage payroll data for the sales team. • Provide support in employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing any HR-related concerns. Administration & Office Management: • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently. • Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for sales and HR teams. • Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations for senior management. • Support day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, documentation, and correspondence. • Handle office communications (emails, phone calls) and ensure timely responses. • Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field. • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry or any fast-paced environment. • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws. • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage various administrative tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
