HR Assistant, to assist full functions of HR management include staffing process and Compensation and Benefits such as employments’ document management and other related documents management. And assist process of payroll and other document that has to submit to ministry of Labor and NSFF. As an HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily administrative and human resources functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: o Assist with day-to-day HR operations and duties.
o Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Supervisor.
o Maintain employee records (both hard and soft copies).
2. Recruitment and Staffing:
o Collaborate in the recruitment process by requesting related document and keep for new onboarding staffs.
o Conduct staff onboard by tracking.
o Issue employment contracts.
3. Compensation and Benefits:
o Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., absences, paid leave, unpaid leave, leaves).
o Prepare necessary paperwork related to HR policies and procedures.
o Assist to submit all document related to Ministry of Labor and NSFF.
4. Document Management:
o Handle employment-related documents.
o Coordinate submissions to the Ministry of Labor and NSFF.
Qualifications:
• Good organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR software.
• Strong communication abilities.
• An HR-related degree and some industry experiences are preferred.
• Ability to work flexibilities.
