Job Description - Recruitment process and manage new employee orientation - Prepare staff contract process - Staff evaluation process - Check monthly staff’s attendance, making summery report and staff’s payroll - Negotiate and coordinate internally with all staffs and management - Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures - Check staff attendance and check Staff roster - Staff NSSF process - Other tasks that assign by manager. Job Requirements - Bachelor degree or lower degree accepted in Business Administration or related field. - At least 1 years of experience in Admin/HR. - Good speaking, writing Khmer and English. - Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Have a good discipline, honest, responsible. - Flexible, problem solving skill, ability to work efficiently and independently. - Honesty and hard working. - High level of commitment and self-motivation.
