Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Selection
- Attendance Management System (ZKTeco)
- Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
- Nation Social Security Fund (NSSSF) ប.ស.ស
- Private Insurance Company
- Employee Relation
- Reporting & Responding other tasks assigned by the Management Team
Requirements:
*** At least 2 years Experiences in HR Function is preferable
*** Strong in Khmer/English Language
*** Computer Skills
- University Degree of BA in Business Administrative or Human Resource Management is preferable
- Sound knowledge in Cambodia Labour law
- Being proactively and flexibly, strong commitment with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues and an across the company
- Have Interpersonal/Communication Skills
- Be honest, Work under pressure and willing to travel form one site to others
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email is advantages
- Good attitude towards: work, teamwork and people
- Most importantly: Ability to LEARN
