Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities,
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning needs,
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline,
• Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives,
• Monitor key recruitment metrics,
General HR Support
• Assist in onboarding new hires,
• Maintain and update employee records,
• Support performance appraisal processes and probation follow-ups.
• Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
• Provide support in preparing HR reports and documentation as needed.
