* Job Summary
The HR Supervisor will oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and HR administration while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
* Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support employee engagement and professional development initiatives to enhance retention and job satisfaction.
• Handle employee relations, workplace conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in a fair and constructive manner.
• Oversee payroll processes, compensation structures, and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training programs to enhance workforce efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and workplace ethics.
• Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR roles, with supervisory experience preferred.
