■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $500 - $900 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible system) ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Responsibilities: 1) System Development and Operations Management ■ Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal business systems. ■ Planning, design, and implementation of new systems and software. ■ Management and operation of internal networks, servers, and databases. ■ Introduction and management of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). 2) Information Security Management ■ Formulation, update, and communication of information security policies to employees. ■ Implementation of security measures to prevent unauthorized access and data breaches. ■ Monitoring, response, and reporting of security incidents. 3) IT Support and Help Desk ■ Responding to IT-related inquiries and troubleshooting for internal users. ■ Support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. ■ Set up and train new employees on IT equipment. 4) Project Management ■ Plan, manage progress, and report on IT projects. ■ Coordination and contract management with external vendors. ■ User training and manual creation during system implementation.
