Job Responsibilities:
• To be proactive in responding to user issues and maintain “sense of urgency” at all time.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users.
• Planning, Implementing, Troubleshooting and Monitoring the availability of the network connectivity, Security application such as anti-virus and all business applications both existing and new system at its optimized stage.
• Ensure the adequate and proper Installation and configuration of all Servers, User computer and other business require operation hardware for the company.
• Review and Maintain inventory IT assets periodically
• Provide IT related training including but limited to email usage, company booking system, fleet management system, billing system to all users
• Update company website content, images, and resources as provided.
• Develop and find new tools to optimized workflows.
• Managed Microsoft 365 Admin Center, handling user and group accounts.
• Configured and managed door access permissions and security cameras.
• Design and create custom event cards using design software like Photoshop or Canva.
• Other tasks as per assigned by manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
• At least 2+ years’ experience in Helpdesk support work related
• At least 2+ years’ experience in Ms. Windows OS is a must and Linux OS (RedHat/CenOS or Ubuntu) is a plus.
• Experience in Virtualization platform such VMware is a must
• Fair knowledge in networking, LAN, WAN and Domain system
• Ability to work independently or as a team member;
• Ability in problem solving and analysis skills; Good organization and communication skills.
• Be very professional in term of appearance and Punctuality is a must.
• Good in English communication
