Job Description
+Responsible for diagnosing and resolving network issues
+Perform network operation of configuration, capacity, access, performance and security management
+Communication and repair coordination with network service providers
Job Requirements
+Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree CCNA (CCNP/CCNP Security is a plus)
Work Experience: 2+ years experience in configuration and troubleshooting IP hardware Routers and Switches in a LAN & WAN environment (Cisco switches, Juniper MX series routers, SRX series firewalls, F5 BigIP)
+IDC (Internet Data Center) Operations and Maintenance Experience.
+Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP.
+Linux, DevOps/Programming skills is a plus
+Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, BGP, CDN

+Establishment of network maintenance and operation procedures
+Comprehensive network knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP, CDN, DNS)
+Participate in second level support and on-call rotation shifts
Leave Policy
+Saturday and Sunday are off days.
+10 paid sick leave (Need to append the certificate of diagnosis from the hospital).
+7 paid wedding leave (Include Saturday & Sunday)
+7 paid paternity leave (Include Saturday & Sunday) For take care the wife and newborn baby
12 paid annual leaves(pro-rated)
+Public holiday follow Cambodia Calendar
