I. Responsibilities:
1. NAV
- Assess and document company needs as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016
- Create/update implementation plan
- Report the status of the implementation plan in real time using Office 365
- Provides ideas and solutions for features that solve current problem areas
- Work in conjunction with other departments to improve/update the NAV system for better workflow, improved efficiencies and reduced errors
- Identifies best business practice solutions to daily NAV problems utilizing both internal and external resources
- Develop training material, manuals, and processes related to Microsoft Navision
2. Manage information technology and computer systems
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
II. Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT or Accounting
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- More than 2 full new implementations of Dynamics NAV forecasting
