Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT Support Specialist to manage our internal IT infrastructure, network, and servers while also handling web development, digital media management, and online advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in IT administration and creative proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and design.
Key Responsibilities
- Internal IT Administration & Network Management
Maintain and manage company IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security audits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for internal teams.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are in place to protect company data.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT policies.
- Web Development & Maintenance
- Develop, update, and maintain the company website (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
- Optimize website performance and security.
- Implement SEO best practices for increased online visibility.
Digital Media & Content Creation
- Design engaging visual content (graphics, videos, animations) for social media, websites, and ads.
- Create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring regular content updates and engagement.
- Digital Media Buying & Online Advertising
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Track and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
- Conduct audience analysis and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IT support, system administration, and network management.
- Strong knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Marketing & Creative Skills:
- Experience with social media management and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).
- Video editing and content creation skills are a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT administration and digital marketing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
