Hotel - Bar Supervisor
*Job Description: - Monitor Happy Hour set-up and service, ensuring agreement to hotel standards - Responsibility for the creation of cocktail menus and Update menu changes on the Point of Sale (POS) terminal - Implement and ensure the Company Health, Hygiene & Safety Policy is met at all times - Establish par levels for supplies, liquor, beer, wine and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for the anticipated business - Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, and lock facility at end of day - Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory, track staff schedules, and perform other record keeping tasks - Conduct pre-shift meeting with staff and review all information pertinent to the day's business - Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the bar, servery, display, glassware, and tables *Job Requirement: - Must have at least 3 or more years of experience in hotel or restaurant - To have a good interest and knowledge of the overall bar's operation including cocktail mixology, coffee barista standards, and drinks presentation - Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS, and Email
