Accounting Manager
+ Key responsibilities:
- Account Department to solve all financial matters
- Assist Head of Accounting & Finance Department to make sure that all accounting team understand their roles & duties and do the work in compliance with finance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Control expenses/revenues to the limit that is allowed with regard to all policies and guidelines introduced.
- Make sure that all expenses are carried out transparently and incompletely response to the needs of the company.
- Assist Head of Accounting & Finance Department to guarantee a smooth flow of cash management.
- Create accounting policies/processes as required.
- Manage and deal with all accounting issues with related parties.
- Provide timely guidelines to related team members.
- Produce reports on a timely manner (Financial Reports).
- Build up staffs competency and productivity.
- Act as the company representative in Accounting department field.
- Act on the best interest and aim for sustainable future grow of the company.
- Monitor directly and indirectly to all key accounts and stakeholders.
- Perform tasks as assigned by management.
-Understand a bout AR,AP ,petty cash, mission and P&L, Tax declaration.
+ Job Requirement
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 4 years of experience in accounting / financial fields
- Proficient in using financial software, Microsoft and QuickBooks, account systems.
- Knowledge of Cambodia tax law
- Good comment in English
- Understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.
- Strong demonstrated
