Job Description:

- Properly control staff probation status and issue letters of confirmation, failure, or termination.
- Coordinate and interview candidates (appoint candidates, arrange tests).
- Collect and maintain identity documents (National ID Card, Family Book, Birth certificates, NSSF Card).
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personnel files and HR documentation.
- Process new employee documents by submitting them to HQ.
- Input employees' personal data at the entry point and verify employees' profiles in case of promotion, transfer, or demotion.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Check the daily attendance of both office and operator employees.
- Prepare documents and submit them to HQ for payroll calculation.
- Purchase goods and find new suppliers for the best price and quality.
- Administer procurement of goods and services required for the office.
- Manage and control security in the business area.
- Prepare daily and monthly security reports.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management and other related fields
- Proven experience in human resource or administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word & Excel) and internet must be required
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment self-motivated
- Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in team Working Days and Hours
