・To manage sales target achievement for room air conditioner (RAC), package air conditioners (PAC), and VRF Air conditioners (VRF)
・To keep client relationship property developers, contractor, building owner
・To negotiate and deal with pricing, terms and contracts conditions
・To work closely with engineer department and customer service
・To make sales records maintenance for keep sales management procedures
・Require worked experience in B2B sales 5 years up with air conditioning
・Strong knowledge with commercial air conditioning system, VRF systems
・Ability to build report and credibility with clients at all levels
・English with business level internal and external
・Strong commitment and self-driven work approach
・Knowledge with electronic products
・Good at PC skill related all tasks
