Business Developer (Logistic)
Duties
- Drive top-line growth by developing and implementing strategic plans to increase revenue sustainably
- Develop new business opportunities and act as the primary liaison with clients for all business-related matters
- Achieve and monitor sales budgets, revenue targets, and margin objectives, while driving action plans based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Improve and implement Sales Plans for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics services
- Ensure timely and quality updates of data in CRM (Sales Cloud) and monitor the use of Customer Applications
- Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads, reply to RFQs promptly, and maintain existing customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics, international freight forwarding industry
- Strong customer service mindset, result-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and confident
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to tolerate work pressure and stress
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin Language would be added advantage
