Job Description:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and analyze business opportunities
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the Chinese market
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and potential partners
Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company targets
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and cultural nuances in China
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate market insights and progress
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in business development or a similar role (3+ years)
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of the Chinese business environment and culture
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A go-getter attitude and a track record of exceeding targets

Responsibilities: Identify and target potential business clients who could benefit from posting job listings on Khmer24.com. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Present and demonstrate the benefits of using Khmer24.com for job postings to potential clients. Understand clients’ hiring needs and recommend appropriate job posting packages. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related field such as job services, HR, or recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and address clients’ needs. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Knowledge of the job market and recruitment processes is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Fluent in Khmer and English. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Working Hours: Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Half-day on Saturday.
• Prepare daily/monthly sale plan • Find and contact new customers to promote and sale products • Follow up and coordinate with customers’ order • Leading sale team in promoting the product to customer and delivery good service to customer in order to achieve sale target • Prepare daily and weekly sales report to sales manager regarding sales problems, and customer complaints • Format preparation for the Sales Document • Checking Sales attendance (Daily, Monthly) • Assist in delivery order • Making sales report and participate meeting • Handle customers complain • Other task assigned by manager
