Key Duties: Lead the design process for all creative projects, including branding, advertising, social media, and event materials. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visually compelling designs for campaigns and events. Oversee the production of design assets, ensuring high quality and consistency across all platforms. Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance their skills and performance. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into projects. Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate production of design materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
