Business Development Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the sales department. Our duties include hiring and training sales staff, relaying information from top management to department staff about sales quotas and generating leads to divide among Sales Representatives. Business Development Manager need to plan, execute and oversee all sales and promotional activities effectively.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Organize and participate training
• Prepare documents and agendas doe training
• Be a backbone to support team member
• Appointment meeting with prospective clients
• Monitor individual’s staff daily activities
• Present products to potential clients
• Lead and delegate task to team members
• Sign up MOU with partnership
• Review and checkup contacts contact with business partners
• Prepare Business plan for business and measure action plan
• Set new target to adjust the circumstances
• Solve any issues with either client and team members
• Report to Business Development Manager
• Join meeting with all level of team member
• Create business‘s policies
JOB REQUIRMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration of Management, Marketing, Public Relationship, or other related fields;
• At least 3-year working experience in the fields
• Knowledge of sales and marketing management.
• Be able to work as a team
• Can used MS Office and e-mail, internet
• Good English skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Good communication skills, teamwork, ownership and results
• High honesty, willingness and discipline, ability and teamwork
• Communication and mutual value in performance
• Other tasks assigned by top management
