Duties and Responsibilities:
•Respond customer’s calls and messages (through social media channels, emails by following given standard script and customer service standard;
•Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints following the procedure;
•Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Reequipment:
•University graduateed and Just Finished Bachelor Degree
•Both Male and Female
•A background in customer service roles, demonstrating a track record of managing customer inquiries and delivering solutions.
•Experience with CRM platforms, adept at managing customer data and interactions.
•At least experience from customer service and Call Center experience in any field no experience can apply
•Khmer and English (high proficiency)
•Good critical thinking skills
•Working Hours, we have one shifts as bellow:
1. From 2pm-11pm Afternoon Shift
