Duties and Responsibilities:
•Respond customer’s calls and messages (through social media channels, emails by following given standard script and customer service standard;
•Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints following the procedure;
•Handle tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Job Requirement:
•University graduated and Just Finished Bachelor Degree
•Both Male and female
•A background in customer service roles, demonstrating a track record of managing customer inquiries and delivering solutions.
•Experience with CRM platforms, adept at managing customer data and interactions.
•At least 1 year of customer service and Call Center experience in any field but no experience can apply
•Khmer and English (high proficiency)
•Good critical thinking skills
