Role and Responsibilities:
=> Stock Controller
o Check quality and make sure quantities stock receiving is the same delivery note.
o Arrange suitable place for stock in to make sure it place in the right place, code and name.
o Weekly count stock and prepare report
o Communicate with finance department to get information items master for update price tag and new item code.
o Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers, receipts.
o Other tasks assigned by Management
Cashier
o Receive cash from daily sales and prepare sales report (Collection Daily Report).
o Scan daily sales documents (Excel, System and Bank Slip) into the network folder.
o All Credit Memos that are deducted with the invoice is required to be deducted both in the Collection Daily Report and in the System.
o Prepare weekly sale invoices in order numbering for supervisor and accounting team
o Prepare a monthly Petty Cash Log and submit it to the Accounting HQ (AP) on a monthly basis.
o Record the daily petty cash expense.
o Deposit cash or cheque to bank
o Other tasks as assigned by management

Working Hour:
* 6days/week (8:00am - 5:00pm) Lunch Break 1h (12:00pm - 1:00pm).
