Understand and comprehend the applicable regulations and laws and the process of managing them
Have the ability to plan the Office facility Maintenance Schedule and repair damage.
Have the ability to plan the Company Asset Inspection Schedule and report to the relevant Department.
Have the ability to secure Company facilities and Company Assets.

Responsibilities :
Carrying out official vehicle management
Building maintenance
Office environment maintenance (parking lot, office yard, warehouse, etc.)
Cleanliness of the work environment (work space, lobby and all company areas)
Maintenance and procurement of electrical installations (Mechanical and electrical)
Company security (security guards, security)
Relating to external parties (local government, police, district government, mass organizations)
Taking care of all company operational needs
