DB coffee
Duties:
-Manage whole store operation
-Need to check and arrange store operation before running showroom (Store Check List)
-Manage sales target as monthly and yearly
-Control and arrange stock in the whole store
-Manage all staffs and provide job task to them as daily
-Solve any problem in store (if is)
-Training, motivate under staffs and evaluate customer service for team
-Propose marketing strategy as weekly for running showroom to management team
-Check and follow up job tasks for under team as daily
-Prepare sales report while cashier take leave or day off.
-Manage staffs attendance as daily and monthly
Implement company policy
-Take over cashier responsible when day off or take leave
-Other tacks assigned by management team

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or suitable qualification
-Male / Female
-Age 25-40 Cambodia candidate
-Minimum 3– 5 years' experience of working -experiences in Coffee Shop/ relate
Be honest, working hard and pay attention with job responsibility
-Build good communication with team work and customers
-Follow company policy
-Be friendly and respect company time
-Must be good knowledge of restaurant management, food & beverage cost, and so on
-Good in English capabilities (Vietnamese is Plus)
-Knowledge of Local marketing
-Knowledge of Microsoft office, Internet and email
