Social Media Marketer
Responsibilities: • Manage and respond to customer interactions on Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and Google My Business. • Create, plan, and execute social media campaigns and content. • Organise and promote events and set up online campaigns targeting specific audiences. • Engage with food reviewers, influencers, and TikTokers and handle negotiations. • Perform some administrative tasks if needed. • Stay updated with market trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies. • Use graphic design tools (Photoshop, Adobe, Canva) to create appealing visuals and content. Requirements: • Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. • Previous experience in food marketing or managing social media for restaurants. • Creative and innovative, with a keen eye for detail. • Good in using graphic design tools. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexible working hours. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in reaching out to and collaborating with influencers and food reviewers. • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing strategies. • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
