We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented Customer Service to join our fun, transparent, and collaborative team!
As a Kart-Attendant, you’ll be responsible for
-Must be able to push/pull Go-Karts; Start and Stop Karts
-Assist guests with loading/unloading
-Brief customers on track procedure and safety
-Provide a safe & fun environment for every customer
-Maintain track appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management
-Ensure that the pit lane, kart and track areas remain clean and safe
-Ensure the safety of all riders while consistently checking for potential safety issues
-Maintain visual contact with the ride and the guests.
-Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures.
-Other duties as assigned
Working Hour : 8:00 - 17:00 or 13:00 - 22:00 ( Break 1hour )
