Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deposit Relationship Manager, located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Deposit Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identify and implement strategies to improve business opportunities, and provide expert financial advice to clients. The Deposit Relationship Manager will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of financial products and services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in Khmer and proficiency in English
