Overall Purpose of the Role:
Responsibilities:

1. Develop aftersales strategy and lead strategy implementations
2. Manage subordinators by following company’s strategy and direction
3. Ensure that daily Aftersales operations are smooth, and department KPIs grades are improved
continuously
4. Ensure the best lead time of service case closure with customer
5. Lead service quality complaint collection and produce constructive insights to make
improvement plan
6. Lead regularly team meeting and implantations of new decisions or directions
7. Ensure all department service operations especially the warranty and policy decisions are
mutually fair to the customers, the manufacturer, and the company
8. Ensure all department service operations especially warranty claims are in proper administration
following warranty policy correctly and on-time
9. Ensure that team performance, capacities and skills are improved by internal & oversea training.
10. Ensure all product quality issues are reported to manufacture and solved.
11. Manage and ensure activity to reach after sale service target
12. Ensure every warranty case has been claimed
13. Develop and sharp the career path of all the staff in the department
14. Other task assigned by HoD

Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Management of Aftersales or related field
2. Bachelor or master’s degree in management or other related fields.
3. Leadership and Management Skills
4. Good Computer and Presentation Skills
5. Strong ability to manage the team
6. Able to using SAP system & G-suit or other related ERP systems
7. Good at big data management and system analysis
8. Proficiency in English

Working Condition:
+ Working days: Monday to Friday
+ Working hours: 8am - 6pm
