Digital Marketing Officer:
You'll launch digital ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, analyze data from various channels, and report results to management. Managing digital tools, you'll provide data insights for the sales team. Additionally, you'll contribute to website development, generate partner reports, and research market share, aiding in R&D for new technologies.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Directly or cooperate with suppliers to launch digital advertising campaigns on Facebook page and GDN based on management’s instructions, and ensure they are aligned with our brand identity and guidelines.
• Gather and review data insights of all AMS’ channels (Facebook page, Website, Youtube, Telegram, Tiktok, Instagram), and use analytics tools to measure and optimize our online presence and performance.
• Gather and review results of digital advertising campaigns and content performance, and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
• Manage digital marketing tools (email marketing, SEO principles, affiliate, GDN, SEM, etc.), and ensure they are updated and effective.
• Generate reports based on teams’ requests, especially to support sales team for data insights, and present and communicate information clearly and concisely.
• Perform and participate in the analysis, design and implementation of AMS’ website and other tools, and ensure they are user-friendly and functional.
• Work with concerned team to generate partners’ cooperation report from website traffic and other channels, and maintain good relationships with our partners and stakeholders.
• Research, summarize and report of market share, and identify our strengths and weaknesses compared to our competitors.
• Launch campaigns to advertise AMS ads services, and create engaging and persuasive ads concepts and copy.
• Assist management to conduct research and development and feasibility study on new technologies and tools, and stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements:
• Over 1-year experience with related tasks above, preferably in a media company or a digital advertising agency.
• Bachelor degree in related fields such as marketing, communication, business administration, or information technology.
• Ability to use Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to measure and optimize our online performance.
• Ability to consolidate data in MS Excel or Google Sheets, and generate reports and recommendations.
• Experience in using digital marketing tools (email marketing, SEO principles, affiliate, GDN, SEM, etc.), and understanding of their principles and strategies.
• Experience in using website design and development tools, such as WordPress, HTML, CSS, etc.
• Good English language skills for communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, friendly and flexible.
• Fast learner and willing to learn new things.
• Patient and good at self-motivation.
• Time management and deadline-oriented.
