Hiring Position: Fitness Manager

Job Description: 
• Ensures the facilities deliver a high quality fitness experiences to all members;
• Carries out daily tasks and functions assigned;
• Develops and update Fitness Center Business;
• Oversees Fitness Center Staff. Ensures staff consistently executes the basics in punctuality, dress code, compliance, friendliness and cleanliness;
• Trains Fitness Staff on current rules and regulations;
• Identifies equipment and supplies to be needed;
• Maintains the Fitness Center Policies and Procedures Manual;
• Develops program, event and activities;
• Plans group exercise program;
• Communicates any problem, members concerns or suggestions to Management;
• Ensures excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problem, and answering questions for employees and customers;
• Offers ideas and suggestion to management;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement: 
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or another related majors. .
- At least 4-5 years experience in the same field. 
- Strong leadership;
- Knowledge of Sport and Recreation; 
- Sale and Marketing Skill;
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill;
- Fluent Spoken and Written English;
- Presentation skill;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Physical look: Healthy, pleasant personality, smart, charming, well groomed;
- Attitude: Friendly with positive attitude, enthusiastic;
- Skills: Steady previous employment record;
- Willing to learn. Eyes on details;
- Be proactive and able to take the initiative;
- Be able to motivate and inspire a team;
- Willingness to work flexible hours and assist in other positions as business demands dictate.
