Main Duties and Responsibilities
. Managing the day to day operations of food and Beverage services
. Developing menus and control all tenants menus
. Training and supervising staff and tenant
. Maintaining Hygiene to increase sales and profitability
. Sourcing, ordering of food and drinks
. Handing customer complaint
. Work closely with sale and tenant to coordinate all group
. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
. Establish targets for F&B team
. Other task assign by manager
