Job Description
- Greets guests as they walk in the door and check in them into their room;
- Promote the hotel; ensure the guests maintain a positive image of the hotel;
- Attentive to any VIP guests C/I and C/O and to inform top management of their presence; and
- Ensure that all the payment received is accurate with the rate given.
Requirements
- Hospitality Management related studies;
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin; and
- Attention to detail and quality, guest oriented mindset.
