Looking for General Manager

Responsibilities

• Target Sale planning and implementation
• Ensure smooth and high standard operation of the supermarket.
• Take care to supervisors and staff on all shift
• Make sure there are enough stocks for sale in the store
• looking new products or new suppliers
• Handle customer complaint and other problems
• Ensure the pricing of the item is correctly labeled
• Making sure store displays is according to company standard
• Training and disciplining employees as needed
• Evaluate the job performance
• Making sure the quality of store operation is up to standard.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety measurements.
• Organize and distribute staff schedules.
• Preside over staff meetings and follow up
• Manage different departments within the store
• Others tasks assigned by the manager.

Competencies Required

• Bachelor/Master degree in business management or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experiences in supermarket management.
• lovely shop like second home and working with knowledge and heart working
• Excellent customer service skills
• Extremely reliable, mature and responsible character
• Professional in English and Khmer languages
• Ability to identify problem and solutions
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as an effective team member
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Ability to motivate, train, couch staff
• Knowledge of food and safety hygiene is advance
• Computer literacy in Advance MS window and excel
